A reasonable accommodation is a modification or adjustment to a job, the work environment, or the way things are usually accomplished that will enable a qualified employee with a disability to enjoy an equal employment opportunity.

Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) protects qualified employees with disabilities.

Employees who wish to request an accommodation under the ADA may submit the completed Reasonable Accommodation Request Form to the Office of Institutional Equity.
