Florida State Employees Charitable Campaign (FSECC)

The following is a list of the 2009 Florida State Employees Charitable Campaign (FSECC) fundraisers that Facilities & Safety Departments will be doing:

Queen of Mean Penny War

Through close of business on October 29, 2009, you can vote for the Facilities & Safety Queen of Mean.  The winner of this event will get to choose the charity the proceeds will benefit from the list of FSECC charities.  The winner will be the person who raises the most total money.  The winner will be crowned Queen of Mean and given a trophy in a ceremony, based on the winner's schedule... because the whole world revolves around the Queen.  :)

We will be having a penny war (although please feel free to donate amounts higher than pennies) to crown this year's Queen of Mean.  The candidates are Lee Kernek (Associate Vice President, F&S), Barb Brown (Administrative Assistant, Landscape & Natural Resources), Michele Meister (Assistant Director, Facilities Planning), and Lori Baker (Project Manager, Facilities Planning).  At each donation station, there will be copies of lists which have the reasons why they should be voted Queen of Mean. You can vote in three places.  They will be the Facilities Planning reception, the Police Building, and the Lake Nona trailers.   Anyone is free to donate: contractors, architects, vendors, family members, people who deliver food, University employees, etc.
